Your role at Horizon Distribution involves managing and improving operations, focusing on after-sales for the online booking platform and IcePortal Content.
What you will do:

- Manage implementation, support & PMO teams across different regions
- Identify areas of operational & technical optimization, lead such initiatives
- Support the Managing Director in other business administration tasks
- Some travel is required, about 4 times a year.
- Experience in hotel distribution industry
- Experience running a support operation
- Experience in managing teams across different cultures
- Technical experience in API integrations, connectivity
- Chinese language skills highly preferred
