Full-Time Head of Deployment

Head of Deployment leads strategic planning and execution of global deployment initiatives.

Oversees complex project delivery, ensuring world-class solutions to international clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage global digital building project deployments aligning with FPC Global's objectives and client expectations.
2. Oversee end-to-end solution delivery across multiple regions, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality results.
3. Develop and implement scalable deployment strategies maximizing efficiency and minimizing risk across diverse markets.
4. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and client services teams for seamless project execution.
5. Lead and mentor a high-performing deployment team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
6. Serve as a key stakeholder point of contact, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
7. Integrate customer feedback into future deployments to improve processes and solutions.
8. Identify and communicate potential deployment business opportunities to FPC management.
9. Represent FPC professionally, achieve high customer satisfaction, and be an effective team member.
10. Support continuous improvement initiatives for FPC.
11. Follow requests and direction from FPC Senior Leadership Team, manage workload, and escalate any issues accordingly.
12. Adhere to all FPC employment policies and procedures.
13. Perform other duties as requested by the FPC Senior Leadership Team.

Industry Expertise & Qualifications

• Extensive experience in digital building technologies (BEMS, LCS, AV Systems, IoT).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex deployments with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong Program/Project Management knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication (verbal & written), and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with deployment tools and platforms, understanding technical & operational requirements.
