Full-Time Head of Deployment

Head of Deployment leads strategic planning and execution of global deployment initiatives.

Oversees delivery of complex projects, ensuring world-class solutions to international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deployment & Delivery: Lead/manage global digital building project deployments, aligning with FPC Global objectives and client expectations.
2. Delivery of Solutions: Oversee end-to-end solution delivery across regions, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
3. Deployment Strategies: Develop/implement scalable deployment strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize risk in diverse markets.
4. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, client services) for seamless project execution.
5. Lead & Mentor: Lead/mentor high-performing deployment teams, fostering excellence and continuous improvement.
6. Stakeholder Management: Act as senior point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
7. Improvement of Processes & Solutions: Integrate customer feedback into future deployments to improve processes and solutions.
8. Business Development: Identify/communicate deployment business line opportunities to FPC management. Support business development activities if required.
9. FPC Responsibilities: Represent FPC professionally, achieve high customer satisfaction, be an effective team member, contribute to FPC Global development, identify/develop/deliver opportunities for continuous improvement, follow requests and direction from senior leadership, manage workload and escalate issues, adhere to all FPC policies and procedures, and complete other duties as requested.
10. Industry Expertise: Maintain expertise in industry trends, developments, and initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with digital building technologies (BEMS, LCS, AV Systems, IoT systems).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex deployments with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of Program/Project Management Methodologies, with adaptability.
• Strong leadership skills, inspiring multi-disciplinary teams across time zones and cultures.
• Exceptional communication skills, managing stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with deployment tools/platforms and understanding of technical/operational requirements.
