Full-Time Head of Engineering

• Agile Development: Design, build, and scale core platform features while also leading engineering best practices.
• Write production-ready code, make architectural decisions, review pull requests, and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Lead the team in agile methodologies.
• Work closely with the Product team to ensure clear communication of project requirements and timelines.
• Continuously improve the team’s agile processes.

• Leadership & Strategy: Mentor and support engineering team members while fostering a culture of ownership and innovation.
• Help shape the engineering roadmap in close collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Align technical execution with customer needs and long-term company vision.
• Provide strategic direction for the development team.
• Drive best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

• AI Development: Integrate AI capabilities into core products to improve features like intelligent routing, predictive analytics, chatbots, fraud detection, and data-driven insights.
• Assess where AI adds the most value and work with cross-functional teams to implement these solutions efficiently.
