Location: Fully remote within Australia.

Required qualifications for this role:
- Previous leadership experience, ideally in a multi-region (global) SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of full stack development
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, test automation, and CI/CD practices.
- Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A mindset focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement
