Full-Time Head of Engineering SaaS

• Ensure our Education platform scales globally.
• Take ownership of a ~$40M revenue portfolio.
• Lead innovation across multiple interconnected platforms.
• Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer - SaaS.

• Previous leadership experience in a multi-region (global) SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing distributed teams.
• Deep technical expertise in .NET and/or PHP backend development.
• Demonstrated experience in leading major technical transformations.
• Exceptional ability to balance technical decisions with business priorities.
• Strong track record of implementing and maintaining modern engineering practices.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Proven ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A mindset focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.
