About the Role: As the Head of FP&A, you'll establish the FP&A function for our pre-IPO company. You will work alongside leadership to develop a data-driven strategy and plan, driving business modeling and collaborating with executives. This is a hands-on, operational role focusing on building the function from the ground up. Responsibilities include:
- Setting the cadence for the FP&A team.
- Leading quarterly and annual budget planning cycles.
- Contributing to executive decision-making with financial modeling and analysis.
- Partnering with executive leaders to support their plans.
- Preparing timely management reports.
- Developing efficient financial systems.
- Preparing business cases for investments and decisions.
- Improving finance reporting processes.
- Building a high-performing team.
Qualifications:
- Accounting qualification.
- 5-10 years experience as a Commercial/FP&A Manager or at a strategy level.
- SAAS experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- (Preferred) IPO experience.
