Aventus DAO is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead all marketing strategy and execution for the DAO. This role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead Aventus DAO’s overarching marketing strategy.
- Plan and oversee integrated campaigns focused on token awareness, community engagement, and MQL generation.
- Coordinate launch marketing with client projects.
- Lead brand strategy and communications.
- Manage Aventus’ marketing contributors.
- Oversee content strategy and production.
- Measure, analyse, and report on marketing performance.
- Own the marketing budget.
- Represent the DAO externally.
Requirements & Experience:
- Strong understanding of Web3 marketing principles.
- B2B marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Experience managing distributed teams.
- Demonstrable success in leading campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project-management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
