The Head of Partner Ecosystem and Verticals unit will lead product management and engineering to build products for business unit success and growth. The Ecosystem and Verticals Cloud will streamline offerings for Resellers, Channel Partners, and Managed Service Providers. This BU will also focus on creating best-in-class last-mile experiences for verticals like Healthcare, Hospitality, Education, and Retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with company goals.
- Develop a roadmap prioritizing feature development and product enhancements.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
- Understand Nextiva products, partner with sales teams, and define solutions for specific business verticals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and launching software products.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle with a focus on custom solutions.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product development with business goals.
- Plan and execute successful product launches, collaborating with internal teams on pricing, sales enablement, and marketing.
- Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback for improvements.
- Ensure software quality, security, and compliance.
- Manage the product development budget.
Qualifications:
- College degree in Engineering, Sciences, or Business Management.
- Proven experience leading Product Management and Software Development.
- Experience with Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCaaS or CCaaS).
- Demonstrated ability in Agile Development Practices.
- Managing teams and partners globally.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
