Job Details
We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead our 3D sales department. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on leadership experience and deep knowledge of sales operations and CRM processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Operations: Design and execute data-driven sales strategies. Own the CRM pipeline setup. Set up workflows for inbound, outbound, and repeat customers.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage and develop a sales team. Promote a high-performance culture in a remote environment. Conduct regular meetings focused on pipeline health and skills development.
- Performance & Forecasting: Define and track individual and team KPIs. Build and maintain dashboards and strategic updates. Manage forecasting cycles.
What We’re Looking For:
- Required Experience: 7–10 years in sales, including 3 years in a team leadership role. Proven success in B2B and B2C sales. CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent). Experience managing remote teams.
- Required Skills: Strong command of CRM pipeline management and reporting. Ability to define, track, and act on KPIs. Structured coaching processes. High fluency in English.
- Personal Competencies: Analytical decision-making, leadership and coaching mindset, ownership, high adaptability, prioritization skills.
