For our Aged Care Workers, it's with every customer, and on every shift.

We are looking for a dedicated Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Quakers Hill, Cherrybrook - Hills District area.

Your day will include:

• Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people (Maximum of 2 hours of DA work per shift)
• Helping with meal preparation and shopping
• Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
• Personal care (getting up, showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals)
• Providing respite and emotional support
• Social support and transport to appointments
• Complex care for customers with high care needs (such as dementia)

What do we look for in a Care Worker?

• Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing.
• 6+ months experience in a similar role (including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications)
• Additional Immunisations (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Helatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TB)
• Current Open Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle.
• Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday-Friday. No night or weekend work.
• Comfortable working independently and finding solutions.
