For our Aged Care Workers, it's with every customer, and on every shift.
We are looking for a dedicated Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Castle Hill, Baulkham Hills, Quakers Hill, Cherrybrook - Hills District area.
Your day will include:
- Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people (Maximum of 2 hours of DA work per shift)
- Helping with meal preparation and shopping
- Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities
- Personal care (getting up, showering, dressing, medication management, assisting with mobility and therapy goals)
- Providing respite and emotional support
- Social support and transport to appointments
- Complex care for customers with high care needs (such as dementia)

What do we look for in a Care Worker?
- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability or Nursing.
- 6+ months experience in a similar role (including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications)
- Additional Immunisations (Diptheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Helatitis B, MMR, Varicella, TB)
- Current Open Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle.
- Availability to work at least 3 days, Monday-Friday. No night or weekend work.
- Comfortable working independently and finding solutions.
