We are looking for an experienced Care Worker to join the Silverchain team in Sylvania NSW 2224.

- Can build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Comfortable working independently
In addition, you will need:
- An open Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured vehicle
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role
- Experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications
The role:
You will be providing aged care clients with home help and personal care services such as:
- General housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation and grocery shopping
- Assisting clients with showering, dressing and medications
- Providing transport to activities or appointments
- Providing social and emotional support
