We are looking for a Care Worker to join the Silverchain team in the Sylvania NSW 2224 area.

What we’re looking for
- Experience of 3 months or more in a similar professional role, with experience in with personal care, manual handling, hoist training and medications.
- An open Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
The role
In the role of Care Worker you will be providing our aged care clients with home help and personal care services such as:
- General housekeeping, Cleaning, laundry, and Meal preparation
- Assisting clients with personal care, medications, and mobility
- Providing complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia
- Providing social and emotional support
- Providing client transport
