Full-Time Home Loan Specialist - Sydney

As an Aussie Home Loan Specialist, you'll help Australians navigate their home loan journey with our AI-enhanced platform, smart automation, and end-to-end support.

In this role, you will:

• Support customers through their home loan journey via phone, email, and video chat.
• Leverage Australia's #1 home loan platform to streamline the process and accelerate speed to settlement (up to four times faster than the industry average).
• Receive pre-qualified customer appointments, no cold leads, no wasted time.
• Submit deals to our in-house client solutions team, so you can focus on customers while we handle processing, lender follow-ups, and admin.
• Connect customers with key products and services across the property purchasing journey (including buyer’s agents and conveyancing), expanding your income potential beyond broking.
• Achieve scale faster! Our home loan specialists average 12+ deals per month; top performers exceed a deal a day due to the tools, brand, and support.

To succeed, you'll need:

• A strong drive to build a successful career in mortgage lending.
• A passion for helping Australians achieve their homeownership dreams.
• Alignment with our vision of redefining the property experience beyond just broking.
• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain it—we can help!).
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
