Full-Time HRIS Project Manager

• Develop and maintain the project plan for the group's HRIS (SuccessFactors) implementation, including timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities with various teams, including HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Engage with key stakeholders across countries to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Participate in and contribute to workshops related to multi-country HR process setup.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
• Conduct regular project meetings and generate reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Track project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new HRIS.
• Train and support end-users in adopting the new processes and technology.

• Proven track record in managing complex projects and must have led at least one end-to-end multi-country implementation project
• Strong experience with HRIS systems like SuccessFactors (preferred), but candidates with experience in Workday or Oracle HCM Cloud will also be considered
• Knowledge of project management tools, eg. MS Project or Jira
• Training delivery on technical and system related topics
• Fluent in English

• Readiness to travel abroad (Europe) – about 20% of the job might be spent travelling
