Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Act as the HubSpot CRM subject matter expert.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies using HubSpot's suite of tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure HubSpot product suite optimization.
- Configure and customize HubSpot environments.
- Lead HubSpot onboarding and training sessions for clients.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics within HubSpot.
- Manage and deliver projects involving integration of various technologies with HubSpot.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in HubSpot features and trends.
- Work on internal projects outside of CRM Support.
- Knowledge and experience of minimum 1 - 2 years in HubSpot CRM.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a B2B business environment.
- BA degree Technology, Business or a related field.
- Willingness to grow their technology abilities by completing HubSpot certified training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Technical skills including SQL and HTML
- Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
- French language proficiency.
