Full-Time HubSpot Sales & Marketing PM

OneIMS Group seeks a skilled HubSpot Sales and Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage sales & marketing projects using HubSpot.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and allocate resources.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and align projects with business strategies.
• Monitor project performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights.
• Train clients on HubSpot CRM and marketing automation.
• Work with cross-functional teams for seamless collaboration.
• Stay updated on HubSpot updates and marketing trends.

Requirements:

• 3+ years project management experience in sales & marketing, especially with HubSpot.
• Proficient in HubSpot tools (CRM, marketing automation).
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) - a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Understanding of inbound marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing - advantageous.
