ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler GTM Operations Director to lead GTM programs in partnership with our Hyperscaler and Partner teams. This role drives operational rigor, program execution, and cross-functional alignment to support pipeline growth and partner success.

ServiceNow is seeking a Hyperscaler GTM Operations Director to lead GTM programs in partnership with our Hyperscaler and Partner teams. This role drives operational rigor, program execution, and cross-functional alignment to support pipeline growth and partner success.
What You Get to Do in This Role:
- Lead and execute GTM programs for Hyperscaler pipeline generation and partner enablement.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams.
- Manage workstreams within enterprise programs, contributing to lead-to-cash transformation.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder communication plans.
- Support governance frameworks and reporting.
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Partner with Finance, Systems, and Product teams.
To Be Successful in This Role, You Have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes
- 10+ years in Strategic Program Management, GTM Operations, or Business Transformation within SaaS companies.
- Deep understanding of GTM motions and the lead-to-cash lifecycle.
- Experience with internal operational programs and externally facing programs.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive execution.
- Experience with CRM, CPQ, CLM, and CS tools.
- High EQ with strong relationship-building skills.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or other advanced degree
- Experience working in hybrid infrastructure environments and/or deep knowledge of enterprise cloud transformation programs
