Full-Time Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager

ServiceNow’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations organization is the strategic and operational backbone of our commercial engine. We are seeking a Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager to support our Director in delivering a portfolio of strategic GTM programs in partnership with our Hyperscaler and Partner teams. This role will focus on executing reporting, analysis, project management, and program coordination activities.

• Support execution of GTM programs that drive Hyperscaler pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales execution
• Prepare and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analysis
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage timelines
• Assist in developing program materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications
• Maintain program trackers, action logs, and status updates
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance program efficiency
• Support governance processes by collecting, organizing, and distributing relevant program data and documentation

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI
• 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Operations
• Strong understanding of GTM processes and the lead-to-cash lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
• Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data interpretation
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with CRM and related GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, CLM)
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
