About the Role
ServiceNow’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations organization is the strategic and operational backbone of our commercial engine, enabling growth through operational excellence, simplification, and impactful customer and seller experiences.
We are seeking a Hyperscaler GTM Operations Manager to support our Director in delivering a portfolio of strategic GTM programs in partnership with our Hyperscaler and Partner teams. This role will focus on executing reporting, analysis, project management, and program coordination activities that drive operational rigor, enablement, and cross-functional alignment to support pipeline growth and partner success. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in GTM operations, reporting, and program coordination, with proven skills in managing deliverables, organizing workflows, and driving execution in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
What You Get to Do in This Role
- Support execution of GTM programs that drive Hyperscaler pipeline generation, partner enablement, and sales execution
- Prepare and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analysis to provide visibility into program health, progress, and outcomes
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and manage timelines, ensuring deliverables are met and dependencies are tracked
- Assist in developing program materials, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Maintain program trackers, action logs, and status updates for internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partner, and Enablement teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and operational processes
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance program efficiency
- Support governance processes by collecting, organizing, and distributing relevant program data and documentation
To Be Successful in This Role, You Have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- 5+ years of experience in GTM Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Operations, or a related role within technology or enterprise SaaS organizations
- Strong understanding of GTM processes and the lead-to-cash lifecycle, with experience supporting initiatives across sales, marketing, or partner organizations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Solid analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data interpretation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels
- Experience working with CRM and related GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, CLM)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, build strong relationships, and deliver high-quality work with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Familiarity with Hyperscaler cloud ecosystems and related GTM motions
