Full-Time Implementation and Delivery Consultant

• Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects.
• Deliver multiple projects, including planning, task definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting.
• Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines.
• Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration and end-user training.
• Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications.
• Draft and maintain project deliverables.
• Collaborate with customers and other stakeholders.
• Facilitate and assist with meetings.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to changing project requirements.
• Customer-focused with a results-oriented approach.
• Ability and availability for infrequent travel (up to 20%).
• Software Configuration Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.
• Strong experience with software integration projects.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Relevant project management certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus.
• Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus.
