Full-Time Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant will report to the Manager, Implementation Consulting and will have a wide range of duties, all of which are in the spirit of ensuring program success through the successful implementation of Assent’s software.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages the initial onboarding process, focusing on understanding client goals, their business, their data, and ensuring quality of product configuration.
• Partners closely with Customer Success to align customer data setup and program configuration with client outcomes.
• Builds client confidence and trust using project management methodologies (client-facing reports, weekly status meetings, milestone plans).
• Builds and manages relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manages activities like provisioning, setup, data load, build, test, and deployment of customer systems.
• Conducts data discovery and implementation workshops, and ongoing consultation aligned with Assent’s data standards.
• Proactively identifies data risks, assesses impacts, and collaborates to mitigate them.
• Inputs and maintains business system tools with up-to-date statuses.
• Works with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance best practices.
• Possesses beginner to intermediate regulatory knowledge for client consultation.
• Uses Assent’s internal resources to respond to client queries.
• Keeps informed about product and regulatory updates.
• Serves as a friendly and professional contact with clients.
• Is familiar with corporate security policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
• University/College degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience in customer success, project management, or consulting.
• Working knowledge of consultative customer management and project management.
• Experience in technology/SaaS or Professional Services is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications.
