Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll be part of a motivated team designing, developing, deploying, personalizing, and supporting client onboardings. You'll work with a variety of services and technologies, helping to demonstrate the value of the Enterprise platform.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing CRM and ERP software implementation projects (5-500 users)
• Participating in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings
• Identifying business needs, documenting requirements, and ensuring smooth delivery using Best Practices Playbooks
• Collaborating with the Implementation Team, Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services resources
• Designing and delivering stakeholder and end-user training on system configuration
• Basic project management tasks (onsite agendas, task lists, issue escalation)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation
• Minimum 2 years experience as a billable implementation consultant
• Excellent communication (written & verbal), organization, and English language skills
• Ability and availability for travel (up to 40%)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software
• Venue and/or Exhibition industry expertise
