Job Details
Implementation Consultant – Design, develop, deploy, and support client onboarding for CRM/ERP software.
Manage projects for clients with 5-500 users.
Work with clients globally, across US and EMEA time zones. Participate in functional and technical meetings.
Identify business needs, document requirements, ensure smooth project delivery, and support clients through implementation.
Deliver stakeholder and end-user training on system configuration.
Project Management: Create agendas, manage task lists, escalate issues to leadership for scope and timeline adherence.
Drive integration requirements, analysis workshops, and detailed specifications for the development team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree, Fluent in English and French; German proficiency a plus. Enterprise SaaS/Software Implementation experience (minimum 3 years).
Strong organizational, communication (written & verbal), and English language skills.
Travel (up to 10%) to client sites for face-to-face meetings.

- Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software experience is a plus.
- Venue and/or Exhibition industry expertise is desirable.
