Full-Time Implementation Consultant (Fully Remote US)

The Implementation Consultant focuses on leading and supporting the implementation of HireVue's product suite for customers. Focus is on process optimization and consulting.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with customers to map current and future recruitment processes.
• Configuring the HireVue platform according to best practices.
• Ensuring successful project execution within scope and budget.
• Facilitating workshops on process optimization and HireVue configuration.
• Supporting end-to-end testing.
• Guiding customers on training and change management to enhance user adoption.
• Assisting senior project managers in planning and executing smaller projects.
• Coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and identifying risks.

Essential Skills: Strong project management skills and familiarity with HireVue's delivery methodology.

Duties & Responsibilities (Implementation & Consulting):

• Consult with customers to optimize hiring processes.
• Lead customers through product setup & enablement using best practices.
• Ensure effective project execution on time and within budget.
• Facilitate workshops on process optimization and product configuration.
• Work as part of a team on customer projects.
• Configure the HireVue platform based on customer requirements.
• Support process maps and integrations across HireVue products.
• Support end-to-end testing strategies.
• Guide customers on product training and user adoption.
• Support project team with communication and change management plans.
• Keep documentation up-to-date.

Duties & Responsibilities (Project Management):

• Assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and closing small projects.
