Implementation Consultant

As an Implementation Consultant, you'll join a driven team designing, developing, deploying, personalizing, and supporting client onboarding. You'll work with diverse services and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and ERP software implementations (5-500 users).
• Participate in functional and technical meetings.
• Identify client needs, document requirements, and support a smooth implementation process.
• Deliver stakeholder and end-user training on system configurations.
• Perform basic project management tasks (agendas, task lists, issue escalation).
• Drive integration requirements and analysis workshops, creating detailed specifications for development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in English and French. German proficiency a plus.
• Experience with Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation (minimum 3 years)
• Proven billable resource experience with high utilization rate.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills.
• Ability and availability for travel (up to 30%)
• Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software a plus
• Venue/Exhibition industry experience a plus
