Implementation and Delivery Consultant
As an Implementation and Delivery Consultant, you will join a motivated, skilled agile team. You'll design, develop, deploy, personalize, and support client onboarding, working with a wide variety of services and technologies. This hybrid role blends hands-on implementation with effective project coordination for successful software solution delivery to clients.
- Support CRM and ERP software implementation projects for clients with 5-500 users.
- Deliver projects including planning, task and deliverable definition, quality control, risk analysis, and reporting.
- Identify business needs, document requirements, and ensure smooth delivery, supporting clients through the implementation process.
- Develop detailed project plans and track activities against timelines, ensuring timely reporting and risk mitigation.
- Design and deliver key stakeholder training on system configuration and end-user training.
- Conduct integration requirement workshops and write detailed specifications with development teams.
- Draft and maintain project deliverables (plans, change orders, closing reports).
- Collaborate with customers and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and assist with meetings throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, managing risks and changes.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and use established processes for delivery and coordination.
- Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation
- Strong experience with software integration projects
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in English
- Relevant project management certifications are a plus
- Experience with Mavenlink (Kantata) and/or Momentus Software is a plus
- Venue and/or Exhibition industry experience is a plus
