Full-Time Implementation Lead

Implementation Lead is responsible for scoping, leading, and ensuring the success of Advantmed implementations. Ensuring customer satisfaction and overall business success.

1. Manage complex healthcare implementations, including requirements gathering, scope development, scheduling, prioritization, and risk management.
2. Lead an implementation team including internal (developers, product, client engagement, data operations) and external (clients, client delivery teams) customers.
3. Define goals, tasks, and resources for Advantmed product suite implementations, including services.
4. Conduct status meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review project status and resolve issues.
5. Manage and track resources and activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
6. Identify potential risks and develop solutions.
7. Manage change to minimize implementation and Go-Live impact.
8. Monitor and report project status to keep stakeholders informed.
9. Lead and participate in continuous improvement and strategic product initiatives, when needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years project management experience
• Previous Risk Adjustment and Quality experience (preferred)
• Expert project management skills, including techniques and tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to lead internal and external project teams for successful implementations
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to learn Advantmed products and services
• Working knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SQL)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
