Operations Manager at Commure + Athelas
About the RoleAs an Operations Manager at Commure + Athelas, you'll play a crucial role in our Operations team focusing on Revenue-Cycle Management. You will work across the organization (Product, Eng, Operations, Sales, Account Management) to define critical business processes. End-to-end ownership of the client onboarding process ensures efficient execution and a seamless experience, driving key business metrics. This high-visibility, high-impact, high-autonomy role will expand rapidly to address emergent business needs.
What You'll Do
- Ensure efficient and timely execution of client onboarding, from initiation to launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders (Launcher, Account Management, Product, Engineering) to provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient systems and processes.
- Breakdown complex business problems and own the execution and outcomes.
- Manage the entire project process, ensuring timely and high-quality onboarding and continuous improvement of key metrics.
- Drive operational metrics (process throughput, defect rate, etc.)
- Have deep understanding of the business to proactively solve emerging problems.
- Note: 40-50% travel may be required.
What You Have
- Experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company.
- Comfortable with data and proficiency in SQL + Excel (SQL a big plus, or robust analytical experience).
- Expertise in project management, deploying multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Energized by people, delivering a great customer experience.
- Truth-seeking, asking questions, understanding customer requests.
- Project confidence, leading client meetings and discussing difficult subjects with confidence.
- Comfortable in autonomous environments, able to prioritize and identify blockers.
- Demonstrated drive, intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and a proven record of success.
- Commitment to understanding client use cases and aligning them with Commure + Athelas best practices.
- Experience working cross-functionally (sales, operations, engineering).
- Proficiency in documenting and developing best practices for the Implementation team.
- Proficient in Retool, Google Suite is a plus.
- RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience is a plus.
