We seek a motivated Implementation Manager to lead Corporate and Academic Partners through onboarding and expansions.
This role onboards new partners, expanding education program networks, and launches life-changing educational opportunities.
The Implementation Manager will lead expansions as partnerships evolve.
Successful candidates are independent, manage multiple initiatives, blend relationship management with process definition, implementation, and scaling.
Skills Needed:
- Implementation Operations: Deep understanding of partnership onboarding and operations.
- Independent Leadership: Manage multiple initiatives with minimal oversight.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with partners for successful program delivery.
- Process Development and Scaling: Define, implement, and scale processes for efficient program delivery.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work with internal teams to enhance operations and product readiness.
Experience Required:
- Four years of technology implementation, client onboarding, B2B consulting, or account management experience.
- Higher education or educational technology experience.
- Experience with large Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) deployments, including digital transformation initiatives.
- Comfortable with Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, and other CRM and project management technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong client and team relationships, delegate tasks, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Work with Product Management and Engineering to ensure implementation requirements meet product functionality.
- Advocate for partners and learners as processes and products evolve.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding and expansion experience for corporate and academic partners.
- Collaborate with operational teams for timely and high-quality implementations.
- Ensure partners receive appropriate support, bridging the sales and program growth gap.
- Accelerate and improve implementation processes.
- Build and maintain documentation for internal and external teams.
- Drive adoption of tools and best practices for scalability.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure implementation phases are executed efficiently and effectively.
