Role Summary
Lead full-lifecycle implementations of MoeGo's enterprise solution.
- Define project scope, milestones, and resources.
- Manage executive steering committees and cross-functional alignment.
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to guide business configuration.
- Serve as the primary POC for executives, operations, and frontline teams.
- Design and deliver role-based training.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Create SOPs and playbooks for scaling future locations.
- Capture implementation insights and track success metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years running or supporting multi-location pet care businesses.
- Fast Learner: Master MoeGo's modules.
- Experience designing phased rollout roadmaps.
- Natural partner to Solutions Engineers.
- Proven ability to guide diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional at crafting clear playbooks, training materials, and executive updates.
Preferred Qualifications
Domain Fluency: Background in pet care operations.
