Full Time Role

• Who We Are: At Yuno, we build payment infrastructure. We provide a high-performance payment orchestrator enabling global market participation. We are looking for an ambitious Implementation Manager.

Your Role:

• Lead discussions with senior leadership on technical and product strategy, incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Develop strong customer relationships to understand their business needs, technical challenges, and maximize product value.
• Support developers and senior engineers, providing advocacy and technical guidance. Help customers plan and build solutions promoting application health.
• Collaborate with Product and Development teams to customize products for customers.
• Monitor product integrations and ramp-ups to ensure success.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Technical Account Manager or Integration Engineer in fintech or payments.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and web services protocols and API management tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, Swagger).
• Proficiency in web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, Frameworks).
• Expertise in at least one server-side language (e.g., Golang, Python, Node.js).
• Exposure to server and database technologies (e.g., Apache, Nginx, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ticketing system experience
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
