Experian's Financial Services & Data (FSD) is seeking a Program Manager to lead multiple complex client implementations of our Ascend product suite and other projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex client implementations from launch to completion.
- Create project documentation (plans, deliverables, communication plans, status reports, risks).
- Provide direction to the project team, tracking deliverables, risks, and escalations.
- Report project status and risks to partners.
- Deliver an excellent client experience, identify innovation and process improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales and internal functions to lead process improvements and transparency.
Types of Programs
- Client implementations for Ascend products
- Client remediation work related to Ascend products
- Client-facing cloud migrations
- New product launches
Education/Certifications
- BA or BS required
- PMP or PgMP Certification preferred
Technical Skills
- 10+ years of client-facing project management experience
- Translate technical matters into business terms
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, and SmartSheet
