Position SummaryThe Implementation Project Manager will oversee and drive process integration clients into our high-performance product suite. The IPM will manage activities associated with new client implementations and internal initiatives, will plan, execute and coordinate the activities for on-boarding clients into the EnableComp service suite, will be responsible for managing the timeline, deliverables, setting client expectations, communicating regularly and elevating critical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall support surrounding the implementation of core service offerings, data integration and requirement gathering activities
- Work directly with clients to review project status, action items, and resolve issues
- Consult and identify solutions for client’s specific requirements
- Work with internal team members to communicate and manage tasks related to the client’s implementation
- Manage change and client expectations effectively
- Maintain real time project status through online project management tools
- Establish and manage aggressive timelines and confront critical-path items and deadlines
- Provide weekly/monthly reporting and forecasting to management and other key stakeholders on the Operations team
- Other duties as required
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
- 4+ years’ experience with implementation and/or technical project management in a healthcare setting
- PMP Certification is preferred
- Prior experience in physician office setting including knowledge of physician office workflow and processes a plus
- Extensive familiarity with payer or provider based healthcare data sets required
- Experience with project management tools required
- Technical proficiency with project portfolio management tools, support ticketing software, Apple technology and cloud-based document sharing systems
- Knowledge about extended medical terminology required
- Strong computer proficiency and understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to work with different levels of clinical personnel including providers
- Ability to work in a very fast-paced and changing work environment
- Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value
- Team approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any workday and organizational skills from planning to execution of tasks and projects
- Extensive project coordination experience
