Full-Time Implementation Project Manager

• Manage full lifecycle of pharmacy implementation projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Lead project meetings and communications.
• Oversee all regulatory and licensing milestones.
• Track and manage dependencies and risks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients.
• Ensure internal documentation is prepared.
• Report implementation progress to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in methodology.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Audit project documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing pharmacy implementations preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy licensing and 340B entities a plus.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with project management software tools.
• Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
