Location (Remote): South America
Job Overview: As an Implementation Project Manager, you'll work closely with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through optimizing product configuration. You'll gather requirements, provide best-practice recommendations, and ensure customers achieve the best results from their ThriveCart accounts. You'll collaborate with Implementation Specialists to execute configurations and ensure a smooth implementation process.
What Your Work Will Entail:
- Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to gather detailed business requirements and understand their goals for product configuration.
- Solution Recommendation: Provide expert recommendations on how to best configure the ThriveCart product to meet customer objectives, ensuring optimal results.
- Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, coordinating with Implementation Specialists and ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of customer requirements, recommendations, and configurations for reference and project tracking.
- Troubleshooting: Address any issues that arise during the implementation process and collaborate with the team to resolve them efficiently.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal processes and share feedback on product features to enhance the customer experience.
What You Bring To This Role:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and product optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing implementation projects.
