Full-Time Implementation Project Manager

Location (Remote): South America

Job Overview: As an Implementation Project Manager, you'll work closely with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through optimizing product configuration. You'll gather requirements, provide best-practice recommendations, and ensure customers achieve the best results from their ThriveCart accounts. You'll collaborate with Implementation Specialists to execute configurations and ensure a smooth implementation process.

What Your Work Will Entail:

1. Customer Interaction: Meet with customers to gather detailed business requirements and understand their goals for product configuration.
2. Solution Recommendation: Provide expert recommendations on how to best configure the ThriveCart product to meet customer objectives, ensuring optimal results.
3. Project Management: Oversee the implementation process, coordinating with Implementation Specialists and ensuring timelines and requirements are met.
4. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of customer requirements, recommendations, and configurations for reference and project tracking.
5. Troubleshooting: Address any issues that arise during the implementation process and collaborate with the team to resolve them efficiently.
6. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving internal processes and share feedback on product features to enhance the customer experience.

What You Bring To This Role:

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and product optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and managing implementation projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
