We are seeking an Implementation & Project Specialist to lead the deployment of AI-powered platforms and solutions. This role manages the implementation lifecycle, ensuring AI projects deliver business value and meet expectations. This role bridges technical AI capabilities and real-world operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Plan and manage the implementation of AI-based products across the business.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to align on scope and deliverables.
- Technical Coordination: Coordinate data integrations, API configurations, and other technical onboarding requirements.
- Training & Enablement: Support user onboarding and training efforts to maximize adoption of AI solutions.
- Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor project performance post-implementation and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure implementation activities adhere to data privacy and security standards.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or product deployment, preferably with AI/ML or SaaS products.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and common platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and integration best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with project management tools and collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with AI-powered enterprise platforms in the restoration market.
- Certification in project management or implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and dashboards from AI/ML systems.
Success Measures (First 6–12 Months):
- Successfully deliver 2–3 AI platform implementations on time and within scope.
- Define key metrics for successful delivery and ensure that these are met.
- Build repeatable playbooks and documentation for future AI rollouts.
- Drive strong cross-functional alignment between teams.
