Full-Time Implementation Project Specialist

ButterflyMX is a leading property technology company, simplifying property access for owners, staff, residents, and visitors. We're seeking a motivated Project Specialist to ensure smooth customer implementations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as point of contact for aging project backlog.
• Validate project data with stakeholders (customers, partners) to maintain accuracy and timelines.
• Define actionable next steps to revive or maintain project timelines, aligning stakeholders.
• Maintain implementation project tracking records (updates, validations).
• Prioritize work queues to ensure smooth Implementation team progress.
• Manage schedules, activities, and communications with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate invoicing requests and validate billing/payment inquiries.
• Communicate with internal departments (Client Success, Technical, Finance, Sales) and customers for a positive client experience.

Requirements:

• 1+ years relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
• Foundational understanding of Project Management.
• 1+ years experience in multifamily industry (preferred).
• High accountability, excellent documentation & communication skills.
• Proven track record of results and meeting targets.
• Experience with email platforms and SFDC.
• Highly organized, strong attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Collaborative spirit and ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Ownership-oriented, resilient and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
