Implementation Specialist

This role is responsible for onboarding clients and ensuring adoption of the FinQuery application post-purchase order signing.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer-facing project services.
• Coordinating with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success for accurate and efficient onboarding of multiple clients simultaneously.
• Engaging with Engineering to resolve implementation issues and communicate product updates to clients.
• Initiating, planning, and designing project timelines based on client specifics and internal resource availability.
• Complying with department standards related to confidential document management (SOC regulations).
• Supporting the development of business cases and solution estimates with the customer team.
• Communicating project status and milestones to clients effectively.
• Managing customer relationships and the project team.
• Coordinating with the Professional Services team for client data input and training.
• Using Salesforce and Monday.com to track project milestones and client interactions.
• Providing customer-focused interaction with timely responses and follow-up.
• Ensuring client satisfaction and product adoption.
• Adhering to FinQuery policies and procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
