Implementation Specialist

The Implementation Specialist will work directly with utilities to implement cutting-edge enterprise applications. This includes leading gap analysis sessions, mapping to-be business processes, configuring, testing, and tuning the software. Data conversions from legacy systems and end-user training will also be key responsibilities, along with hands-on support during user acceptance testing.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead gap analysis sessions to understand customer needs.
2. Map to-be business processes.
3. Configure, test, and tune the software.
4. Map and assist with data conversions.
5. Train end users on software functionality.
6. Provide hands-on support during user acceptance testing, Go Live, and post-implementation stabilization.
7. Collaborate with development & dev-ops teams.
8. Assist the Project Manager with project documentation.
9. Support the Sales team with presales activities.
10. Advise customers on best application use.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with enterprise applications, preferably in the utility sector.
• Familiarity with financial, revenue, and customer care systems.
• Business Analysis and Business Process Mapping experience.
• Reporting and business intelligence application experience.
• Relational database knowledge (SQL) is a plus.
• Proven ability to train users.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and prioritization skills.
