Full-Time Implementation Technical Consultant

Opportunity: UJET's Delivery & Implementation team ensures quick customer value from UJET platform implementations. We support clients from contract signing to launch. As the primary contact for implementations/expansions, you'll use change management, CCaaS configuration, and project management skills to ensure timely and satisfactory engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a critical link between customers and UJET, overseeing implementations.
• Review Statements of Work (SOW) to prevent scope creep and ensure on-time, under-budget success.
• Document customer requirements and solution configurations, including flow charts.
• Design and execute UJET platform configurations to match customer requirements.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with project managers.
• Contribute to improving UJET implementation processes.
• Maintain technical proficiency with the UJET platform and industry best practices.
• Provide technical content for customer and internal training.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years implementation experience (SaaS preferred)
• 5+ years technical consulting experience, ideally in contact centers, conducting configurations for complex deployments
• Experience with Google DialogFlow (CX or ES), website development (SDK deployment), mobile app development (Android/iOS, SDK deployment) preferred.
• 2+ years configuring/troubleshooting cloud integrations (RESTful APIs)
• 2+ years experience with industry CRMs (Salesforce, Kustomer, Zendesk, MS Dynamics, HubSpot)
• 2+ years experience using SaaS reporting tools
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player with positive support.
• Technical writing and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills
• Occasional business travel

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 + variable (depending on location, experience, education, and skills).
