Full-Time Implementation/Project Manager

• Provide planning and leadership on projects and client integrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements and solutions.
• Represent Rising in client meetings regarding new business initiatives.
• Utilize statistical concepts to develop baseline measures and identify root causes.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide guidance on best practices and workflows.
• Demonstrate ability to quantify results in terms of cost savings.
• Formulate use cases, process flows, and training material.
• Support the creation of test plans and training materials.
• Collaborate to ensure system design requirements reflect business processes.
• Oversee the Implementation Team.

• Bachelor's degree in technical or management field.
• 5+ years experience in Business Analysis or Project Management.
• Project Management Certification.
• Experience in workers’ compensation insurance or healthcare industry a strong advantage.
• Experience implementing client server and web-based applications.
• Experience interacting with business users to define clear scope.
• Experience working with project managing large scale custom software development projects.
• A strong working knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements analysis.
• Previous leadership experience a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Ability to understand shifting priorities and make quick decisions.
• Ability to travel (up to 10%)
