Implementations Manager

As an Implementation Manager, you'll manage the implementation process for Fountain customers. You'll drive customer adoption and value by managing projects, including system configuration, integrations, QA, setup, and customer education.

Responsibilities:

• Own customer relationships through implementation, collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of Implementation Specialists.
• Handle medium to large-scale implementations.
• Complete implementation projects from beginning to end.
• Leverage Fountain software for customer support.
• Perform virtual consultations, optimization strategies, and support rollouts.
• Perform complex data migrations and advanced imports/exports.
• Understand corporate and high-volume recruiting and workforce management.
• Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes and improving change management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and enhance the implementation experience.
• Support strategic planning by contributing to resource forecasting and project prioritization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, project management, professional services, or consulting.
• Proven people management experience.
• High-level understanding of the HR space.
• Proven track record with mid-market engagements.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and a ticketing system (e.g., Intercom, Linear).
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with customers to research processes, diagnose issues, and understand customer needs.
• Advanced understanding of system integrations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Ability to travel for customer kickoff meetings.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana).

Nice to Have:

• Project management or HR certifications.
• HR Tech experience (ATS, CRM, or HRIS).
• Integration middleware experience (Workato, Zapier).
