You will intervene on:
- Prioritization or adjustment of incident processing priority, based on Business impacts;
- Taking charge of the piloting of the resolution of cross-functional incidents, and, if necessary, triggering and managing crisis cells;
- Identification of risk situations and, if necessary, alerting the ad hoc teams and management;
- Building and sharing a fair vision of visible and potential Business impacts of incidents;
- Ensuring the right level of mobilization of the stakeholders involved in the resolution of incidents;
- Providing support to operational teams for identifying contacts, any escalations and expertise on cross-functional subjects;
- Communication to IT teams on incidents with strong impacts;
- Managing the respect of the processing commitments set by the company.
- Responsibility for the proper application of the company process for all process stakeholders;
- Ensuring support on the process to operational teams;
- Taking charge of continuous improvement subjects.
Required Profile
- Confirmed experience of 3 years minimum (excluding internships and traineeships)
- Essential experience in banking, insurance or financial environments
- Excellent command of English (oral and written) is essential for this position
- Analytical skills, rigor and ability to work in a team while being autonomous
