Remote 1099 Full-Cycle Recruiter (Commission-Only)

Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Compensation: Commission Only – Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped – average fee: $15K–$25K)

Overview: Seeking motivated recruiters for remote team (1099). High earning potential and full ownership. Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, screening, placements). Generous commissions, tool access, streamlined infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Identify and engage clients with hiring needs
• Source, screen, submit qualified candidates
• Manage entire recruitment process
• Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements
• Collaborate in community and join optional Q&A calls
