Full-Time Infrastructure Architect

• Lead infrastructure solution design during presales, including requirements analysis, estimations, and high-level architecture
• Provide technical supervision and architectural oversight during project initiation and delivery
• Act as a mentor and coach for engineering teams, fostering professional growth and driving knowledge sharing
• Conduct infrastructure audits, identify optimization opportunities, and establish best practices across the company
• Participate in high-level technical interviews to ensure the recruitment of top-tier engineering talent

Responsibilities:

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering, including at least 3 years in Architecture or Technical Lead roles
• Proven track record in presales or technical consulting for enterprise-level clients
• Successful delivery of infrastructure solutions from design to production in large-scale environments
• Experience conducting infrastructure audits and implementing improvements
• Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
• Strategic thinking and the ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions
• Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
• Expert-level experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
• Knowledge of Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Azure Bicep, or similar tools
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or similar
• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE), and Docker
• Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and OpenSearch
• Knowledge of cloud security best practices, identity and access management, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR)
• Experience with VPC design, VPNs, load balancing, DNS, and CDN
• Knowledge of RDS, NoSQL, object storage solutions, and backup strategies
• Experience with integrating cloud with on-premises environments
• Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
