Our client, an international supplier of communication and information systems for control centers in safety-critical environments, is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Automation Engineer.
The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain automated solutions for deploying and hardening Windows 11 Workspaces and Windows Server 2025 environments, following CIS Benchmarks.
Your tasks:
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for deploying and hardening Windows 11 and Windows Server 2025 according to CIS Level 1 and Level 2 benchmarks.
- Automate Windows Server and Active Directory configuration, security baselines, and operational tasks.
- Integrate automation workflows with DevOps toolchains (e.g., Jenkins, Git, CI/CD pipelines).
- Collaborate with security experts to implement CIS-based controls and compliance monitoring.
- Support troubleshooting, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of automated deployment frameworks.
What we expect from you:
- Strong experience with Windows Server (2019, 2022, 2025) and Windows 11 administration.
- Hands-on expertise in automation and scripting tools:
- Ansible (playbook development for Windows)
- PowerShell (Windows automation & security)
- Python (scripting and integration)
- Jenkins (CI/CD automation
- Solid understanding of Active Directory configuration, automation, and hardening.
- Practical knowledge of CIS Benchmarks and security hardening practices.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code concepts and DevOps workflows.
