About the Team
Platform built in Rust, connecting Solana's L1 with advanced L2 extensions. Primary focus involves Rust systems programming, infrastructure architecture (e.g., Kubernetes), and operational scripting across languages (Rust, Go, TypeScript). Full-stack understanding is critical.
What You'll Bring
- 4+ years experience in infrastructure engineering, ideally in fintech, data, cloud, or DevOps environments.
- Senior-level SRE or Infrastructure Engineer experience with strong Kubernetes background.
- Deep proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform/Terragrunt) and infrastructure automation (Helm, GitOps).
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and PromQL.
- Experience with infrastructure and data security practices (KMS and HashiCorp Vault).
- Ability to ship high-quality, opinionated architectural choices and uphold software best practices.
- Strong communication skills (English, written and spoken).
