Job Details
Infrastructure level Designs for enterprise application/solutions and Operation guidelines.
Participate in technical negotiations and decisions about implementing new solutions, under Architecture Guidance.
Create detailed network flow designs and documentation to support implementation.
Liaise with technical teams to verify infrastructure design validity.
Perform Proof of Concept and first deployment in a non-production environment with application/solution responsible.
Administer designed infrastructure to Operational Production cycle (tickets, timelines, etc.).
Support Operational team in integrating new solutions.
Mandatory requirements: Bachelor's degree + 6 years relevant experience, 6+ years professional experience in ICT Infrastructure Architecture, English proficiency (B2 or higher), and 5+ years experience in 3+ of these areas: Data Centre Infrastructure Design, Network Design, Enterprise Storage Design, Backup/Archiving Design, Disaster Recovery Design.
Minimum 5 projects related to those areas.
Strong knowledge of Datacentre, Campus, and Metro Networking (software-defined and traditional, declarative and imperative methods), Data Network Architectures, protocols & standards (LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, public networks, remote access solutions), Datacentre Architecture (server virtualization, containerization, enterprise OS, block storage, backup & restore solutions), and Enterprise-Class Storage Solutions (Block, File & Object storage, FCP, SMB, NFS). Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Solutions.
- Desirable skills: Knowledge of Archimate or similar enterprise architecture modelling tools, Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (Azure, AWS), Understanding of Information Security, Cryptography, Forensic IT, and TEMPEST techniques, Familiarity with Firewalling, Data Diodes, Observability, and SIEM/SOC environments, Experience with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
