Full-Time Infrastructure Engineering Manager

We are looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead the strategy, design, and operation of Unifonic’s non-production environments and CI/CD platform. You will drive the evolution of our internal developer experience by building secure, scalable, and efficient systems.

Responsibilities:

• Architecting, implementing, and administering secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.
• Overseeing deployment and scaling of multi-environment Kubernetes clusters.
• Designing, maintaining, and continuously evolving CI/CD pipelines.
• Standardizing and automating provisioning, scaling, and maintenance processes for data services.
• Championing the evolution and adoption of an internal developer platform.
• Leading developer relations initiatives and facilitating developer enablement programs.
• Mentoring and growing a high-performing platform engineering and DevOps team.
• Aligning internal platform strategy with organizational goals.
• Promoting thorough documentation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluating and integrating emerging tools to enhance developer workflows.

What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in cloud, platform, or infrastructure engineering roles.
• At least 3 years managing cloud or platform engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and cloud-native application management in CI/CD environments.
• Deep knowledge of major cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Helm, Operators, and Service Mesh.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform).
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Cassandra, Vertica.
• Expertise in cloud security, IAM, network protection, and system hardening.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling and productivity optimization frameworks.
• Exceptional leadership, teamwork, and communication capabilities.
